About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Software Developer to join a growing team working on scalable, production-level systems. This role is for someone who has already spent years building, shipping, maintaining, and improving real applications. You will work closely with product, operations, and leadership to design and deliver reliable software solutions.

This is not a junior or training role. We are looking for a developer who can think independently, write clean and maintainable code, and take ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

• Debug, optimize, and improve existing systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

• Ensure system performance, security, and scalability

• Continuously improve development processes and best practices

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Software Developer or similar role

• Strong understanding of software development principles and architecture

• Experience working with modern programming languages and frameworks

• Solid background in databases, APIs, and system integrations

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience working with international or remote teams

• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices

• Background in Agile or Scrum environments
