About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Automated Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. This role is for someone who has spent years designing, building, and maintaining automated test frameworks and understands how quality fits into the entire software development lifecycle.

This is not a manual QA role with occasional automation. You are expected to take ownership of test automation strategy, execution, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks

• Execute automated test suites for web and API-based applications

• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution

• Collaborate closely with developers and business stakeholders

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

• Perform regression, smoke, and performance-related testing

• Review requirements and specifications to ensure test coverage

• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and practices

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as an Automated Tester or QA Automation Engineer

• Strong experience with test automation tools and frameworks

• Solid understanding of software testing principles and QA best practices

• Experience testing web applications, APIs, and backend systems

• Ability to write clean, maintainable automation code

• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills

• Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines

• Exposure to performance or security testing

• Experience working with Agile or Scrum teams

• Background working with distributed or international teams
