About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Full Stack Developer to work on multi-tenant SaaS platforms and AI-driven applications. This role is for someone who has built real production systems, understands backend architecture deeply, and can collaborate across the stack to deliver scalable products.

AI experience is a plus, but not a hard requirement. What matters most is strong engineering fundamentals, clean backend design, and experience building APIs and SaaS systems that scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python and Django

• Build and maintain secure, scalable APIs

• Work on multi-tenant SaaS architectures, including data isolation and performance

• Collaborate with product, data, and AI teams on new features and integrations

• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability

• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions

• Debug, refactor, and improve existing systems

• Contribute to architecture decisions and long-term technical direction

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

• Strong proficiency in Python and Django

• Proven experience building and maintaining APIs (REST or similar)

• Hands-on experience working with multi-tenant SaaS platforms

• Solid understanding of backend architecture, databases, and integrations

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working on AI-powered or data-driven applications

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, or integrations

• Experience with cloud platforms and deployment workflows

• Background working in Agile or fast-paced product teams

• Experience working with international or remote teams
