About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Specialist who can produce high-quality AI-powered video commercials for digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a creative eye, strong storytelling skills, and hands-on experience creating short-form video ads using AI tools or modern video production software.

You do not need to be an AI engineer. What matters is your ability to turn concepts, scripts, and briefs into engaging video content. Training and guidance on specific AI tools will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated video commercials for ads, social media, and campaigns

• Translate creative briefs into short, engaging video content

• Use AI video tools and editing software to produce polished outputs

• Edit and refine videos for different platforms (social, paid ads, web)

• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams on creative direction

• Ensure videos align with brand tone, messaging, and campaign goals

• Iterate on content based on performance feedback

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in video creation, creative production, or similar role

• Experience producing short-form video content or commercials

• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual flow

• Comfortable using video editing tools and AI-based creative tools

• Ability to follow briefs while bringing creative ideas to the table

• Good English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Synthesia, or similar)

• Background in digital marketing or paid ads creatives

• Motion graphics or basic animation skills

• Experience working with international or remote teams
