About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support business and technology teams by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. This role is ideal for someone who has worked closely with stakeholders, understands processes end to end, and can bridge the gap between operations, product, and development teams.

This is a senior-level role. You are expected to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders

• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization

• Create clear documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows

• Support system implementations, enhancements, and integrations

• Assist in UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution

• Ensure delivered solutions align with business goals and requirements

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

• Strong background in requirements gathering and documentation

• Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams

• Solid understanding of business processes, systems, and data flows

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Strong written and verbal English communication

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Agile or Scrum teams

• Exposure to software development or IT projects

• Experience working with international or remote teams
