Job Title: Automation Specialist (Google Spreadsheet, Zapier, and GoHighLevel)
Employment Type: Project-Based
Rate: $7–$8 USD per hour
Location: Remote
About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Automation Specialist with hands-on experience using Google Spreadsheet, Zapier, and GoHighLevel (GHL). The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of workflow automation, data integration, and CRM systems, particularly in the context of marketing and sales automation for coaching or service-based businesses.
You will be responsible for creating, testing, and optimizing automation workflows that help streamline lead generation, sales processes, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement automated workflows connecting Google Spreadsheet, Zapier, and GoHighLevel.

Build and test triggers and actions in Zapier to ensure accurate data transfer between tools.

Create automations that capture, organize, and manage leads from various sources into GHL.

Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows to improve performance and reliability.

Collaborate with the client and internal team to understand process requirements and propose automation solutions.

Document workflows and provide basic training or handover materials to users.
Qualifications

Proven experience with Zapier automation setup (required).

Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Google Spreadsheet for data mapping and triggers.

Working knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL), including pipeline setup, automations, and workflows.

Ability to integrate multiple systems and maintain data consistency across platforms.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with clients in the coaching or consulting industry.

Familiarity with CRM logic, lead funnels, and sales pipeline management.

Previous work in a project-based or freelance setup.

Hourly rate: $7–$8 USD/hour (based on experience)

Flexible working hours with some overlap in EST preferred
